Tag Alder boat landing repairs
Peterson - Two concrete pads heaved up this spring making landing dangerous. Town of Lenroot maintains this landing and wants to take out concrete and lay larger rock/gravel for a more primitive landing at a cost of approximately $500.00. Lemke suggested talking to DNR regarding grant funding. Voight asked if Peterson had the $500 in the Forestry Department budget - No. Motion by Shuman, second by Kinsley to approve plan and take the $500 out of Resource Development Environmental Impact Fund. Motion carried.

Will be on July agenda.
Forest Road closures for newly constructed, re-constructed access roads - discussion
Peterson passed out page from Sawyer County Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2006-2020 (page 700-19) stating that the Forest Administrator under 725.1.2 Additional Closures could close trails/roads for 45 days for safety of the users and to limit environmental damage. Consensus of committee was that the closure of newly constructed, re-constructed access roads would be covered under this paragraph.
