Agent Report by Lori Laberee included a slide show of various program efforts across the county.  She indicated that positive youth development programming is reaching out in a variety of areas including summer programs, after school program, regular 4-H community clubs and a variety of other opportunities in the communities of Winter, LCO and Hayward.  “Pay it Forward” will continue to be a theme in this years 4-H Program as youth determine where they will help others and ask for nothing in return.
