VARIANCE APPLICATIONS

 

1)                  Town of Edgewater – Phillip G. Gounaikis.  Lot 2, being part of the Gov’t lot 2, S 8, T 37N, R 9W; Parcel 5211. Doc#349715. 1.35 acres total. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One. Application is for the construction of a 24’ x 26’ detached garage (26’ x 28’ with eaves) with a loft area at a setback distance of 18’ to a wetland area.  Variance is requested as Section 4.49(1), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum setback distance of 40’ to this wetland area.
