The Committee discussed whether the entire Courthouse should be open the day after Thanksgiving in 2004 or just the Health and Human Services Department.  Four of the five employee bargaining units exchanged that day for Presidents’ Day as a holiday in 2004.  The Para-Professional Health and Human Services Department Employee Bargaining Unit retained Presidents’ Day and will work the day after Thanksgiving.  Motion by DeLong, 2nd by Pydo, to have open only the Health and Human Services Department the day after Thanksgiving.  Motion carried.
